The Nordic Hospitality Suites reserves the right to update and/or amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time and without notice, and you are accordingly encouraged to check the Website regularly. Any such change will only apply to your use of this Website after the change is displayed on this Website. If you use this Website after such updated or amended Terms and Conditions have been displayed on this Website, you will be deemed to have accepted such updates or amendments.

  1. Reservations
    1. A room request made via the website, e-mail or phone is not confirmed until we receive the full payment by cash, bank transfer or credit card. The room is at your disposal from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure, unless other arrangements have been made.
  2. Payment

    The Nordic Hospitality Suites accepts the following payment options:

    1. Bank Transfer
    2. Paying with a Nigerian issued debit/credit card (Naira) or International issued MasterCard
    3. Cash payment at check-in
  3. Room Prices
    1. The Nordic Hospitality Suites guarantees that all reservations made online will be at the best available price for the room of your choice on the date of booking. This is our commitment to providing our customers with maximum value for money.
    2. Room prices are per room, per night and are exclusive of VAT. A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age are allowed in each room. Breakfast is included in the room rate. All other drinks or snacks must be paid for separately.
    3. Note that hotel prices in Abuja go up based on key events and during periods of high demand. For details of our most current room prices please check our website www.thenordicvilla.com or call us directly on +234 703 682 9922.
  4. Changing/Canceling a reservation
    1. If you choose to cancel your reservation or do not show up on the date of your booking you will pay a cancellation fee equal to 1 night's room charge. Cancellation has to be made through e-mail or via phone otherwise the full prepayment will be kept. All refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The credit card refund process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
    2. If you decide to shorten your stay you must inform us at least 24 hours before check-out otherwise you will be charged the cost of one extra night's accommodation per room booked.
    3. Last minute bookings made on the day of arrival are non-refundable, and are subject to the standard cancellation terms.
  5. Arrival and departure
    1. Rooms are available from 3 pm on the arrival date.
    2. Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 10 pm.
    3. Your room must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time will result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation.
  6. Particular requirements
    1. The Nordic Hospitality Suites operates a 100% no smoking policy throughout. Smoking in a room will result in a 25.000 Naira fine.
    2. Although The Nordic Hospitality Suites will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, all rooms are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.
  7. Breakfast
    1. Breakfast is served in the dinning room between 7am and 11am on all days of the week.
  8. Laundry
    1. All guests can order laundry service. We wash, dry and iron. Please note there is no dry-cleaning available. The Nordic Hospitality Suites does not take responsibility for any damage nor shrinkage.
  9. Laundry
    1. We regret that, with the exception of assistance dogs, no pets are allowed in The Nordic Hospitality Suites.
    2. Electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system.
    3. Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party who is not a member of your group.
    4. You must not advertise, market or otherwise offer The Nordic Hospitality Suites room for sale either on its own or as part of a combined offer.
    5. The Nordic Hospitality Suites reserves the right to charge the guest for any damages in the room during the stay.
    6. The Nordic Hospitality Suites cannot be be held responsible for any personal injuries of any kind while staying at The Nordic Hospitality Suites.
    7. The Nordic Hospitality Suites will gladly help arrange airport pickup, drop off, car hire service or taxi. This service is provided by a third party car hire service. In the unlikely event that an accident of any kind occur, The Nordic Hospitality Suites can not be held responsible.
    8. Prices exclude VAT.
